    Tuition & Fees

    The following sections detail the current tuition rates, fees, and refund policies for our Summer High School Programs.

    1-Week Academies

    Programs offered between June 21 and August 8, 2020

    Tuition & Fees

    • Application fee (non-refundable): $50
      • Earlybird Deadline: January 15
        For all Academies applications submitted by this date, the app fee will be waived
      • Final Deadline: May 15*
        *Apps received after this date may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
    • Tuition:
      • Residential (includes housing and meals): $3,025
      • Commuter: $2,275
        • Optional meal plan: $280*
          *2019 rate, subject to change for 2020
    • Health insurance fee (international students only): $30

    Refund Policies & Calendar

    Refunds are issued according to the following policies.

    All meal plan cancellations must be submitted in writing, by the Wednesday prior to the program start date, to Eugene Romero at Romero-Eugene@aramark.com.

     

    2-Week Academies

    Programs offered between June 28 and July 25, 2020

    Tuition & Fees

    • Application fee (non-refundable): $50
      • Earlybird Deadline: January 15
        For all Academies applications submitted by this date, the app fee will be waived
      • Final Deadline: May 15*
        *Apps received after this date may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
    • Tuition:
      • Residential (includes housing and meals): $5,050
      • Commuter: $3,625
        • Optional meal plan: $560*
          *2019 rate, subject to change for 2020
    • Health insurance fee (international students only): $60

    Refunds are issued according to the following policies.

    • Tuition:
      • Residential (includes housing and meals): $6,500
      • Commuter: $4,999
        • Optional meal plan: $840*
          *2019 rate, subject to change for 2020
    • Health insurance fee (international students only): $90

    College Prep Program

    Program offered between July 5 and August 7, 2020

    Tuition & Fees

    • Application fee (non-refundable): $50
      • Earlybird Deadline: January 15
      • Final Deadline: May 15*
        *Apps received after this date may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
    • Tuition:
      • Tuition for one, 3-credit course: $4,890 ($1,630* per credit)
      • College Prep Fee (covers housing & College Prep seminars): $3,750*
      • Health insurance fee (international students only): $150
      • Meal plan (optional): $1,400 per session*
      • Pre-college fee: $698*
      • Transcript fee: $40

    *Estimated cost, subject to change for 2020

    Scholarship Opportunities

    A limited number of scholarship awards are available to students who demonstrate financial need and/or academic merit. Only students who have been admitted to College Prep are eligible to apply. Scholarship awards are strictly for tuition and do not apply to other fees.

    We will begin accepting scholarship applications in January. The deadline to submit an application is March 15. Late applications will not be considered.

    All applications must be submitted electronically using the Scholarship Application Form. Award decisions will be made in early April.

    Refunds are issued according to the following policies.

    College Credit Courses

    Courses offered between May 31 and August 8, 2020

    Tuition & Fees

    • Application fee (non-refundable): $50
    • Tuition for one, three-credit course: $4,890* ($1,630* per credit)
    • Housing (optional): $1,500* per session
    • Meal plan (optional): $1,400* per session
    • Pre-college fee**: $698
    • Transcript fee: $40
    • Health insurance fee (international students only): $150 per session
    • Books and other fees: Determined by courses taken

    *Subject to change for 2020

    **The $698 pre-college fee is used for additional campus support that the high school programs warrant due to the younger age of student participants.

    Scholarship Opportunities

    Refund Policies & Calendar

    Tuition is 100% refundable only when the student drops a course or program during the designated add/drop period in each session. After that period, students will receive a percentage refund of the tuition only, depending on when the student submits a withdrawal request via MyAccess, as outlined in the table below. Any fees associated with a course or program will not be refunded after the designated add/drop period.

    Housing and the pre-college fee are non-refundable two weeks or less before the course or program start date.
