Life on the Hilltop

At Georgetown, the summer experience extends far beyond the classroom walls. During the day, you’ll attend lectures, work on projects, or visit local D.C. institutions. In the evenings, the high school community comes together for various activities ranging from movies and game nights to cookouts and concerts. Outside of class, you’ll also have the opportunity to attend co-curricular evening programming, such as lecture series and seminars, as well as Residential Living programs, which include off-campus outings, social events, and weekend trips. Regardless of how you choose to spend your free time, we’ll always have a wide variety of planned activities to give you the freedom to make each day different—and tailored to fit your interests.

Dining

Stick with the meal plan and have dinner in Leo's dining hall, go for something quick at the Leavey Center food court, or take a short walk to dozens of restaurants and familiar quick-serve dining options in the Georgetown neighborhood. Additionally, steps away from campus, you’ll find a variety of great options, including vegetarian cuisine, high-quality burgers, healthy meals, and famous cupcakes.
